FAQ

1. If you have not already done so, please create an user account first and log in.


2. Select a work of your choice under the menu item Videos and click on it.


3. Under the heading Offers you will find the different ticket options from which you can choose one.


4. There are several payment options available. Please choose one and go through the payment process.


5. After your payment you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

You buy a ticket once and thereby get access to all available V18 videos.

Important: Please make sure that you have filled in the city details correctly when registering, as this is required for the purchase process.

Pay via PayPal, Sofortüberweisung or Giropay.

1. Please select a payment method and follow the instructions during the payment process.


2. If the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email afterwards.

You could stream the program of VIDEONALE.scope #8 from June 24, 2021 to July 1, 2021.

Once you have successfully completed the payment process, the video button will appear further down on the left side of the screen. Please click on it. Now the play button in the video window is also active.

The most common cause for the incorrect transmission of video data is an unstable internet connection, which can lead to dropouts. In this case,you can switch the quality of the broadcast down.

If the video playback stops or freezes, it is best to reload the page. You can pause the video, reload the page, and then start playing the video again. Also, you can try the playback in another browser.

Basically, the video is broadcast at the highest quality level that your Internet "allows". However, not every end device (for example, an older projector) can also play out this quality. Therefore, it is advisable to deliberately lower the quality one level in the Playbar - at the bottom right next to the scroll bar (with the end time of the video). Try it with HD instead of FullHD.

1. Please create a user account via the login button (top right) with your e-mail address and a personal password. Please note the password requirements (special characters, number, etc.).


2. Fill in all registration details and click continue. Important: Please make sure that you fill in the city details correctly, as this is required for the subsequent purchase transaction.


3. Upon successful activation, you will receive a confirmation email with an activation link for your account via email (please also check your spam folder!).


4. By clicking the confirmation link in the email you activate your account.


5. You are now automatically logged in and your name will appear in the upper right corner of the screen instead of "Login".

1. Click Forgot yor password? on the login page.


2. Enter the email address that was used to create your account.


3. You will then receive a link by email to reset your password. As a precaution, also check the spam folder of your mailbox!

Make sure that the assigned password complies with the guidelines:

1. The password must consist of at least 8 characters.


2. It must contain letters and numbers as well as special characters.


3. The following special characters should be used !?$=&%§#. Capital letters and numbers are NOT considered special characters.


4. The password repetition must match.

Do not use the password provided by password generators (e.g. on Apple devices), but type in your own password.

After entering all user data, the system checks whether an account with the same data (e.g. address, e-mail address, etc.) already exists at culturebase.org. If you see entries that match your person, select it and it will be merged by the editorial team. If you have never registered at culturebase.org, no entries should be displayed here.

To create a new account select "No match found: create new account".

Further it is important to enter a city. If the entry was successful, the input field is highlighted in green. For smaller towns, it may be necessary to enter the next larger administrative unit, and for large cities, the district.

You need a stand computer, a laptop, a smart TV, a smartphone or a tablet. These devices must of course be connected to the Internet. Please use the latest browser version (recommendation for Chrome, Firefox, Safari) or the system browser of your smartphone or tablet.
